Cashflow Kickstart

1. Promoter

This promotion (the “Offer”) is promoted by Finmo Tech Pte Ltd (“Finmo”).

2. Eligibility

To qualify for the Offer, a business must:

1. Create a Finmo account and successfully complete all required Know Your Business (KYB) verification and onboarding steps on the Finmo platform in accordance with Finmo’s Terms of Service (available at www.finmo.net);
2. Upload at least one valid it’s bank statement to the Finmo Treasury Dashboard as part of the promotional eligibility requirements; and
3. Successfully complete and settle at least one Finmo pay-in or pay-out transaction using the Finmo dashboard with a minimum value of USD 500.

Transactions that are reversed, refunded, cancelled or otherwise not successfully settled will not qualify.

Eligibility will be assessed by Finmo based on the criteria set out in these Terms and Finmo’s compliance, risk management and onboarding policies. Finmo may decline eligibility where required to comply with its legal, regulatory, anti-money laundering, sanctions, or risk management obligations.

Duplicate or multiple accounts created by the same business, individual, or related entity are not eligible.

The Offer is not available to Finmo employees, contractors, affiliates, or businesses located in jurisdictions where the Offer is prohibited by law.

Finmo may request additional information reasonably required to verify eligibility.

3. Promotional reward

Eligible businesses will receive USD 555 in promotional fee credits (the “Reward”).

The Reward:

• will be applied against Finmo transaction processing fees incurred on the Finmo platform;
• cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash;
• may only be used toward eligible Finmo service fees; and
• will be automatically applied to applicable transaction fees until the Reward balance is fully used or expires.

The Reward expires 90 days after it is issued if any balance remains unused.

The Reward is issued once per eligible business account.

4. Verification

Finmo may take reasonable steps to verify:

• the identity of the business;
• the authenticity and completeness of any uploaded bank statements;
• the accuracy of information provided during onboarding; and
• compliance with KYB, sanctions screening, and regulatory requirements.

Finmo may withhold or cancel the Reward if:

• eligibility requirements are not satisfied;
• verification cannot be completed; or
• fraudulent, misleading, inaccurate, or incomplete information has been provided.

5. Promotional period

The Offer commences at 12:00am Singapore Time (SGT) on 16 March 2026 and will continue until withdrawn by Finmo.

Finmo may withdraw or amend the Offer at any time by updating or removing the promotion from the Finmo website. Any eligible participant who has satisfied the requirements prior to withdrawal will remain eligible to receive the Reward.

Finmo may limit the total number of Rewards issued under this Offer.

6. Anti-abuse

Finmo reserves the right to disqualify any participant where Finmo reasonably believes the participant has:

• attempted to manipulate or circumvent the promotion;
• engaged in abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive behaviour; or
• undertaken transactions primarily intended to artificially trigger the Reward.

7. Communications consent

By participating in this promotion, you acknowledge that Finmo may contact you regarding:

• your onboarding progress;
• verification requirements; and
• issuance of the Reward.

Promotional communications (such as product updates, feature announcements or marketing communications) require separate consent, which is collected via an unticked checkbox during signup. You may unsubscribe from such communications at any time.

8. Privacy

All personal and business information collected in connection with this Offer will be handled in accordance with Finmo’s Privacy Policy.

Information provided for KYB, onboarding, transaction verification and eligibility assessment may be used for compliance, fraud prevention, regulatory obligations, and administration of this Offer.

9. General

Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Finmo will determine eligibility in accordance with these Terms and its applicable compliance and risk policies.

Finmo will not be responsible for delays or failure to issue the Reward caused by:

• technical failures or system outages;
• third-party service interruptions; or
• incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the participant.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
